El Directorio expresa su agradecimiento y gratitud hacia el Sr. Aylwin por su invaluable servicio y apoyo a la Compa\u00f1\u00eda. El Se\u00f1or Aylwin cuenta con una larga trayectoria en GeoPark incluyendo sus roles como Director Legal y de Gobierno Corporativo desde 2011 y como miembro del Directorio desde 2013. \u00c9l ha contribuido de manera significativa al mejoramiento del Gobierno Corporativo y al crecimiento sostenible durante todo este per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>El Sr. Aylwin continuar\u00e1 ejerciendo su rol de Director Legal y de Gobierno Corporativo hasta que la Compa\u00f1\u00eda concluya un proceso de b\u00fasqueda ejecutiva que est\u00e1 en curso.<\/p>\n<p>El Directorio no reemplazar\u00e1 al Sr. Aylwin y reducir\u00e1 a un total de seis la cantidad de Directores, aumentando as\u00ed la mayor\u00eda de miembros independientes del Directorio a un 66,6%.<\/p>\n<p>Sylvia Escovar, Presidenta del Directorio, expres\u00f3: \u201cNo existen palabras para expresar nuestra gratitud a Pedro por sus significativos aportes al Directorio.
