What is the
Bloomberg GEI?

The Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index is a modified market capitalization-weighted index that tracks the performance of public companies in promoting and reporting gender-related data.

What does the Index measure?

The Index includes over 70 gender equality metrics in five key areas: leadership & talent pipeline, equal pay & gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and a pro-women brand.

Which companies are included in the Index?

The Bloomberg GEI includes 484 companies headquartered in 45 countries and regions, across 11 sectors and 54 industries.

“At GeoPark we respect the value of each individual, and believe that integrating and promoting diverse teams is the key to sustainable growth and to maintaining our leadership position in Colombia and the region. Our commitment to seeking the best people, with a variety of perspectives and capabilities, is core to our DNA and has made us the company we are today. We are proud of having built an organization with a very diverse workforce and management team, and a percentage of women that is above the industry average. Our inclusion in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index  for the second consecutive year  recognizes our genuine spirit of seeking wealth in diversity, and strengthens our commitment to continue to build a workplace environment that rewards the human quality and passion of our team, and the diverse contributions of our employees.”
