(Board member since July 2026) Dorita is President of JGB Financial Holding Company, a Non-Executive Director of Metro Bank, and a Director and member of the Audit Committee of Banco GNB Paraguay. Ms. Gilinski has extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, marketing, and digital banking, and co-led the launch of Lulo Bank, Colombia’s first fully digital bank. She also founded Libros Para Niños, a non-profit organization that connects UK volunteers with schools and charities across Latin America. Ms. Gilinski is a graduate of the University of Oxford and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
