Through Cuéntame, we develop transparent and close dialogue, contribute to conflict prevention, and consolidate sustainable relationships in the territories we operate in.

Our Cuéntame Offices in Colombia

We have two Cuéntame offices in Tauramena and Villanueva (Casanare), as well as digital channels and direct contact with our social managers in the field. These spaces have been designed for interested parties to present questions and grievances directly, safely, and reliably.
