Aligned with principles of respect, inclusion and participation, Cuéntame is part of our Human Rights System and is GeoPark’s official channel for raising, responding to and resolving grievances from our neighboring communities. Through Cuéntame, we develop transparent and close dialogue, contribute to conflict prevention, and consolidate sustainable relationships in the territories we operate in.

Our Cuéntame Offices in Colombia

We have four Cuéntame offices in Tauramena and Villanueva (Casanare), and Puerto Asis (Putumayo), as well as digital channels and direct contact with our social managers. These spaces are designed so that people can present their grievances directly, safely and reliably.
