An annual conference for national and local contractors focusing on results, good practices and the standards that underpin successful operations 

GeoPark held the third edition of its annual Alianza Pro contractor conference last Friday in Bogota. Representatives of 55 companies – 15 local and 40 national – discussed good health and safety practices and the definition of priorities for 2026.  

GeoPark Chief Executive Officer Felipe Bayon opened the meeting with a presentation of the Company’s 2026 strategic framework: protecting what we have and returning to growth. His speech focused on how security, operational discipline and regulatory and ethical compliance are not negotiable and are the foundation on which a successful operation is built. 

Chief Operating Officer Martin Terrado gave details on the work program that will guide operations in 2026. Company leaders also presented data on occupational health and safety management and contractor evaluation, and sessions were held on safety, discipline and ethics and how they define doing things well. 

Alianza Pro 2026 acknowledged 11 companies for results that show how good operations and growth go hand in hand. 

  • Comprehensive HSE Performance: Montajes y Ingenieria DMG, Consorcio DyE, TGT Gamas, Compet, Elecon and Maboh showed exemplary environmental management and had no recordable incidents in 2025.  
  • Comprehensive Performance Management: Andina de Seguridad, CROIL Servicios e Ingenieria and QMAX Solutions achieved the highest ratings in technical, environmental, health & safety, social and administrative evaluation.  
  • Road Safety: Transmulticarga and Autometa stood out in incident prevention and safe road use. 

In the closing presentation, GeoPark’s Nature and Neighbors Director Anibal Fernandez de Soto highlighted how ethics, integrity and community relationships are enabling conditions for business sustainability and long-term value creation.
