The company started a series of workshops that will run during October and November as part of the CEOP (Special Oil Operation Contracts) Technology Transfer Program. The next workshop is scheduled for October 22.

Punta Arenas, Chile – GeoPark held a workshop October 7 for oil sector professionals and students on process compliance in purchasing and contracting.

GeoPark purchasing and contracting experts Federico Nadef and Monica Neira covered topics including procedures for supplier management, goods and services purchasing processes, and regulations in processes, reports and standards for business management measurement.

The workshop was the first in a series of talks schedule for October and November. A second activity is scheduled for Thursday, October 22 when Fernando Halperin, Education, Sustainability and Energy Transition coordinator at the Argentinian Institute of Oil and Gas (IAPG), will give a “Power Grid and Hydrocarbons” workshop.
