Strategic Base in the Fully Developed, Cash Flow-Producing Manati Field

In Brazil, we have a non-operated interest in the shallow offshore Manati Field, one of Brazil’s largest field. Brazil is the country with the second-largest hydrocarbon potential in South America and presents a long-term growth opportunity for GeoPark.

In March 2025, GeoPark signed an agreement to sell its 10% interest in the Manatí gas field in Brazil. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the third quarter of 2025. See More.
