GeoPark acknowledged for social and environmental management in Ecuador for second consecutive year

GeoPark, a leading independent energy company with more than 20 years of successful operations across Latin America, received for the second consecutive year the Distintivo ESR ® recognition, awarded by CERES Ecuador, the country’s largest network of social responsibility and sustainability organizations.

The acknowledgement highlights the social, environmental and governance best practices the Company implements in Ecuador, as well as its contribution to sustainable development in the territories it operates in.

GeoPark participated with companies from different economic sectors in the 2025 awards. Carried out by a technical committee of experts, the CERES assessment includes more than 116 indicators that measure performance in governance, social commitment and environmental care, highlighting organizations that integrate sustainability as a structural part of their business strategy.
