GeoPark one of The Five most Attractive Oil Companies to Work for in Colombia

GeoPark ranked #174 overall.

The survey focused on the quality of work life, employer branding, and internal reputation of companies in Colombia.

In its 2024 SPEED/Sustainability Report published in April, GeoPark details how its commitment to workers is one of the pillars of its SPEED Value System through which it guarantees a safe, sustainable and responsible operation. Related highlights include:

• Women represent 40% of the workforce, 36% of the management team and 40% of new hires
