The Company reiterates the relevance of its Argentina operation by supporting a Neuquén Government education initiative and underscoring its long-term development vision in the Province.

GeoPark will support the Gregorio Alvarez Scholarship Program in Neuquén province with a contribution of US$250,000, the Company announced in a meeting with Governor Rolando Figueroa after restarting operations in Argentina.

“Producing energy responsibly is the starting point. The real challenge is that this development installs lasting capacities in the territory. In Neuquén, local talent is a strategic asset. Investing in education strengthens the competitiveness of its inhabitants and makes the development of Vaca Muerta more sustainable,” GeoPark CEO Felipe Bayon said.

GeoPark brings a long-term development vision to Neuquén that is underwritten by the belief that productive onvestment must run in parallel to strengthening human capital and institutional capacities in the territory. This
commitment is aligned with the Company’s Integrated Value System, which guides management towards a safe and responsible operation that creates prosperity.

Supporting the scholarship program is part of GeoPark’s social investment strategy, which promotes better living conditions in the communities where the Company operates and prioritizes access to education as a platform for social mobility and productive development. In a province such as Neuquén, where the growth of Vaca Muerta demands talent, technical skills and local leadership, expanding educational opportunities also
helps consolidate a competitive and sustainable ecosystem.
GeoPark has a regional track record of driving access to education, and since 2014 its University Scholarship Program for Women in Science and Engineering has benefited young women in Latin America. In Colombia, where GeoPark has operated for more than 14 years, the Company has an agreement with the National Open and Distance University (UNAD) that currently allows young people from Casanare department to pursue
professional studies.

GeoPark’s support for the Gregorio Alvarez scholarships marks a new phase of coordination with the Province,
focusing on combining investment, job opportunities, and training to build a shared vision of sustainable development in Neuquén.
