Media Room >Parex, GeoPark hold III Transporters’ Meeting in YopalNovember 7, 2025 Parex Resources Colombia, in coordination with GeoPark, held the III Transporters’ Meeting in Yopal, Casanare on October 29–30, bringing together more than 60 entrepreneurs to strengthen strategic partnerships and share knowledge and experience. During the event, participants engaged in discussions regarding the economic and legislative outlook, road safety, and best practices in the transport sector. These sessions were led by specialists from the Colombian Federation of Road Freight Transporters (COLFECAR), the Colombian Safety Council (CCS), and representatives from Sogrisel and Eccosis, companies that are known for their expertise in comprehensive risk management, occupational safety, and operational efficiency. There were also environmental initiatives led by Ambipar Group and MCS.“It is really gratifying to be able to provide feedback on the transport sector regulations. This year we return to the economic and legislative situation, analyzing the challenges and impacts it represents for transport in Colombia,” COLFECAR Legal Director Claudia Linares said. Diana Marcela Madrigal, executive manager of Transportes MULTICARGA S.A.S. BIC, said: “Today we are learning how to overcome the different situations that arise in the economic environment and in terms of innovation, because we know that business continuity depends on the changes we implement in our companies.
