Stacy joined GeoPark in 2017 as the Company’s Shareholder Value Director and has led the transformation of GeoPark’s Investor Relations strategy, engaging regularly and transparently with the investment community. Her credibility and strategic approach have helped GeoPark attract long-term capital to fund its growth and become one of the best performing oil and gas companies on the NYSE. Under her leadership, GeoPark has been recognized by Institutional Investor magazine as having the Best IR Team and the Best IR Program among small-cap oil and gas companies in Latin America in four of the last five years. Stacy has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry as Fund Manager and subsequently as Regional CEO for PineBridge Investments, formerly AIG Investments in Latin America. Before AIG, she held positions in the US Treasury Department and at the InterAmerican Development Bank. She holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master’s degree from the Institute of Latin American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg (VA), US.
