Awards highlight the leadership, careers, and commitment to diversity of GeoPark leaders who help develop the energy industry.

Three GeoPark leaders were among the winners at the eighth edition of the SPE Colombia Section WIN Awards, an energy sector event that highlights leadership, diversity, and professional impact in the industry.

The awards highlight the talent and career of professionals who, in different roles in the Company, contribute to strengthening a culture based on technical excellence, collaboration and supporting personal development.

In the 2026 edition of the Awards, which included 16 categories and brought together regional energy sector leaders, GeoPark Chief Operating Officer Martin Terrado won first place in Iconic Energy Industry Leader of the Year category. With almost 30 years’ experience in the sector, Martin has led the development, planning and operation of assets in Latin America and North America. In his current role, he heads GeoPark’s operations in Colombia and Argentina, driving the technical development of the assets and promoting high standards of operational excellence, safety, and technical discipline in project execution. Throughout his career, Martin has also contributed to training new generations of professionals, actively participating as a mentor and technical reference within the industry.

GeoPark’s Chief People Officer Agustina Wisky won a top three place in the Energy Woman of the Year – LATAM Energy Industry (D&I) category. Agustina has been part of the Company since it was founded in 2002 and has led the people management strategy for more than 20 years, promoting an organizational culture based on trust, teamwork, continuous improvement and diversity. Under her leadership, GeoPark has implemented internationally recognized inclusion and equality practices, including the Equipares Silver Award for Labor Equality awarded by the Government of Colombia, and the Companys inclusion in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index.

GeoPark team member Valentina Barreto, who works in the Best Buddies initiative that promotes the participation and development of neurodiverse people in more open and equitable environments, was namedProfessional Superheroine of the Year. The award highlights women who through their personal and professional experience become energy industry benchmarks in helping to open paths for people with different abilities and professional backgrounds.

The awards were based on a combination of public voting and the evaluation of a jury of sector experts. Theyreflect the type of leadership and talent that GeoPark develops within its organization: professionals who combine technical excellence, teamwork and commitment to the development of the industry. The acknowledgement of team members at the SPE WIN Awards highlights the importance of a culture that encourages personal development, diversity, and responsible leadership.
